The value-added TV shopping service features handpicked local artwork, gifts and souvenirs. These are offered to the guest with high quality photos, detailed product information and reasonable prices. Guests can pick the products they are satisfied with then complete the transaction face-to-face with service representatives. This ensures that guests have plenty of time to make their choice while the hotel guarantees that they are buying quality products.

Value-added services in e-Commerce include:

  • 1. Contract boutique brands sold directly through the hotel. These use the hotel's reputation and the opportunity to reach out to guests to sell brand-name artwork, accessories, gifts and souvenirs.
  • 2. The range of contract merchants in each city can be expanded from within the hotel to its immediate surroundings, expanding the shopping district.
  • 3. Set up a value-added service center (similar to the business center) to provide guests with face-to-face service.
